To maintain pristine sender reputation across our shared network nodes, all new accounts undergo a brief manual compliance review prior to enabling live outbound dispatches. Our operations team verifies your domain authentication records (SPF/DKIM) and opt-in sourcing methods to protect our network from spam flags. Most reviews are completed within 12 to 24 hours.

To safeguard our infrastructure and prevent domain blacklisting, background system monitors automatically intercept high-bounce sequences. Any campaign or account exceeding a 5% hard bounce rate will be automatically paused. If your dispatch is paused, you will receive a notification prompting a review of your contact list hygiene before sending can resume.

Our platform processes all subscription payments and volumetric plan upgrades securely via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or linked debit/credit cards. Once your PayPal transaction completes, your workspace limits update instantly.

Your active sent tally resets automatically at midnight UTC. The system evaluates available quota headroom before queuing campaigns to prevent exceeding your plan limit.

All imported contacts must be 100% explicit opt-in recipients who gave direct permission to receive communications from your organization. Purchasing, renting, or scraping email lists from third parties is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension during compliance checks.
